It is a sunny day. Dave goes to a café to get coffee. He sees his friends Jenny and Andy sitting at a table. They talk and laugh. Dave is happy to see them and walks over.
“Hi, Jenny! Hi, Andy!” Dave says with a big smile. Jenny and Andy smile back.
After a few minutes, Jenny points to a new person at the table. “Dave, this is Charlie,” she says. Charlie smiles and shakes Dave’s hand.
“Nice to meet you, Charlie!” Dave says. Then he asks, “Are you in Jenny’s class?”
Charlie laughs and says, “No, I am not a student. Jenny and I are friends from school. We play sports together.”
The café is busy. Soon, another friend, Marie, comes in with someone new. “Hi, everyone! This is Ken!” she says.
Ken and Charlie start talking. “So, where are you from, Charlie?” Ken asks.
“I am from the UK,” says Charlie. “This is my first time in Hong Kong. It is amazing!”
“Welcome!” says Ken. “Hong Kong is a great place!”
After Marie and Ken leave, Dave looks at Jenny. “Isn’t Charlie Andy’s brother? They look the same!” he asks.
Charlie laughs loudly. “No, but people always say that! Andy and I look like twins!”
Everyone laughs. Dave says, “For a moment, I think I see double!”
They spend the rest of the day talking and laughing. But Dave still wonders if he can ever tell Andy and Charlie apart!
